Hollywood East Promotions, LLC is a booking and promotions company based in New England that partners with music venues and events to ensure top quality entertainment.  Through our efficient marketing efforts, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism, Hollywood East Promotions has earned a reputation as New England's premiere booking and promotions company among club owners, musicians, performers, and entertainment seekers.

With a vision to create an original music scene in Plymouth, Hollywood East Promotions was born in June 2009 and incorporated as an LLC in October 2009.  Our first partnership began and continues to thrive with Guru Grille, an Indian restaurant in the heart of downtown Plymouth.  With a 2,500 square foot room in the back, along with 30 foot ceilings, a large stage, full bar, and stage lighting, we recognized this venue as an opportunity to reach an untapped market in Massachusetts' South Shore and presented a plan to the owners.  Our proposal was quickly accepted and the results of our efforts were immediate and have proven quite remarkable.

With the help of Hollywood East Promotions, The Guru Room has hosted more than 150 unique shows with over 190 different bands and performers drawing in thousands of new patrons.  The Guru now has:

• a reputation among fans and bands as the only venue on the South Shore devoted entirely to original music
• almost quadrupled its annual revenues
• increased patrons on average by over 1,100 per month

With a strategic system of booking, promoting, and managing, we're able to reach our target market, streamline operations, and increase business in many different ways:

We are comprised of four individuals with a passion for the entertainment industry and each have unique strengths and expertise:

• Glenn Houghton - Chief Executive Manager
• 21 year background as a singer/songwriter and live performer
• Expertise in stage management as well as operations management
• Skilled at scouting new talent and entertainment
• Ability to effectively negotiate agreements between multiple parties

• Jeff Ezrin - Marketing Manager
• 15 year background as a drummer and live performer
• Currently DJs as DJ EZ
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, UMass Amherst
• Manager of Sales and Marketing with a national hospitality company
• Proven track record of developing a fan base through social networking sites

• Danny (Bones) Maloney - Booking Manager
• Skilled at scouting new talent and entertainment
• Expertise in artist and band relations
• Experience in stage management
• Ability to develop a fan base through social networking sites and street team techniques

• Jon Ezrin - Finance Manager
• 30 years of business administration with a variety of industries including musician management, public relations, newspaper publishing, and advertising
• Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting Major, Northeastern University
• Master of Business Administration, Anna Maria College
• Website developer and webmaster of approximately ten websites
• Computer marketing expertise including HTML coding, MySpace/Facebook customization and email newsletters
